Spacious Eco Home
A Spacious Environmentally Efficient Family Home built on a limited sized block. The house was designed for the sloping land incorporating a split level concrete slab construction joining onto a timber post and beam floor for the lower section.
Consideration was given to the direction of the house and the maximum use of natural sun light for heating in cooler months. The windows are Argon Filled Double Glazed windows with the use of high light windows on the Northern elevation to capture winter sun and fitted with shades for warmer summer months.
